1. General Policy
Once a digital product has been successfully purchased and delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable. As digital products cannot be returned due to their nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered to the buyer.
2. Delivery of Digital Products
Upon successful payment, the seller is responsible for delivering the digital product to the buyer.
Delivery will typically be made via email or through a download link provided after the transaction is completed.
If the buyer does not receive the product within the expected timeframe, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the seller to resolve the issue.
3. Exceptions
Non-Delivery of Product: If the digital product is not delivered due to a technical issue on the seller's side, a refund may be issued. The buyer must report the issue within 24 hours of the purchase date. Once refunds approved the amount will be credited back to the original payment mode within 5-6 business days
Corrupted File: If the buyer receives a corrupted or unreadable file, we will provide a replacement copy of the digital product and will be delivered within 5-7 days . If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at the seller's discretion.
4. Technical Compatibility
The buyer's responsible for ensuring that their device is compatible with the digital product before making a purchase.
No refunds will be issued for issues related to the buyer's device or software incompatibility.
5. Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized distribution or sharing of the digital product is strictly prohibited. The buyer agrees to use the product only for personal or professional use as permitted by the purchase agreement.
Refunds will not be provided for digital products that are found to be shared or distributed without authorization.

Our team will respond within 2 working days to address your concerns and provide assistance.
7. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the policy periodically.
